In the fall of 2015 we had discussed the launching of a survey, sent to randomly-selected clients, with the intent of checking the pulse of our client base with respect to how well Milestone was doing in various aspects of our business. Well, the results are now in and they are - drum roll, please - fantastic! Our enthusiasm is based on direct feedback from our clients. The results are interesting, so please read on to learn more.
The overarching objective of the client survey was to gauge overall client satisfaction with the services that Milestone provides. The results were that 99% of clients are somewhat or very satisfied their relationship with Milestone Asset Management. These results came off the back of a very strong survey participation rate, meaning that our clients wish to be engaged in what Milestone is doing. We could not have asked for better results, and we are truly grateful that our efforts in serving our clients are appreciated.
The survey also touched on areas such as advisor trustworthiness, confidence in reaching financial goals, value for fees, communication and our digital presence. We scored very well in all of these areas except, perhaps, for the last one; our digital presence. Actually, to clarify; although our clients were pleased with our online and social media presence, they told us that they don’t tend to remember to reach out and see what we are up to on a regular basis. The specific feedback that we received was that we should “push” a monthly email summary out to our clients of the more notable posts as we add to our blog, the Elements Newswire. In doing so, many clients said that they would scan these for topics of interest or save the email for later, for when they had a quiet moment to read in the evening or weekend.
