Checking on the pulse of our clients

In providing a comprehensive service to our clients, we often get feedback on what we are doing right, and in some cases, what we could be doing better.  In this regard, it is also beneficial at times to bring in outside organizations to shine the spotlight on different aspects of our business.  Recently, Milestone has done just this by partnering with ActiFi to identify ways to better meet your needs.

ActiFi is an independent consultant in our industry that we have commissioned to send out client surveys, and gather information on how Milestone is doing with respect to client service and satisfaction.  Clients can remain anonymous, or not, and are able to provide confidential feedback for ActiFi to analyze, crunch the data, and interpret the results.
