In July 2025, Steve Nielsen celebrated his 25th anniversary with Milestone. Since joining the firm in 2000, Steve has played a key role in helping shape our investment philosophy, our client experience, and our culture. Over a quarter-century, he has navigated multiple market cycles, mentored colleagues, built lasting relationships with clients, and contributed meaningfully to the growth of our practice. Steve’s calm leadership, thoughtful perspective, and dedication to excellence have made him an indispensable part of the Milestone team.

Coming up in February 2026, Korina will celebrate her 20th anniversary with the firm. For two decades, Korina has been at the heart of our team and our growth, supporting clients with exceptional care and exemplifying the professionalism that Milestone is known for. Her work ethic, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to both clients and colleagues have made her a cornerstone of our success. We are incredibly grateful for all she does.
